Update faafo example #1

alternatively: move to another "first app" example for OpenStack? Maybe also a similar thing showing fundamentals of cloud-native requirements also exists for AWS? Goal for the course could be to have a consistent example through out the entire course? So, e.g., something like faafo running in different stages of the course: first in OpenStack, then in AWS, in Kubernetes, ...

- support for Ubuntu 22.04 - support for python3 - further updates to documentation at https://mmnet.informatik.hs-fulda.de/firstapp/english/, maybe even extend examples/steps there? alternatively: move to another "first app" example for OpenStack?
